Mondays 5:30-6:00 pm
This 30 minute core class focuses on strengthening the core and improving balance, endurance and stability. This is a scalable workout class designed to push you at any level.
Circuit (With Riley)
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30-8:15 am
This class is for every fitness level! It is a general strength and conditioning circuit where you will get a progressive warm up and a full body workout. Each workout will have a mix of cardio and strength training. You will have the opportunity to use implements such as kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and resistance bands, along with bodyweight exercises.
We are excited to welcome climbers to our youth climbing team program! We believe in cultivating a positive climbing experience for both recreational and competitive climbers. Our program is specially designed to create a unique climbing experience for all ages and all climbing abilities. Whether you are a beginner or you are a seasoned competitive climber, there is always more to explore, learn and improve on in the world of climbing.
