HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Our 45 minute HIIT classes (high intensity interval training) consists of short bursts of high intensity work followed by a brief recovery period. You will build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. The HIIT workouts use a variety of body weight exercises, dumbbell work, plyometrics, and total body strength training to incorporate both challenge and intensity. Warmup and cool down are included in the 45 minute class.
This 30 minute core class focuses on strengthening the core and improving balance, endurance and stability. This is a scalable workout class designed to push you at any level.
