Vinyasa I: All Levels
Our Vinyasa I classes combine strength and balance through a series of physical postures that are unique to the experience and training of each teacher, while syncing breath to movement. The intentional sequences taught in our All Levels classes range from slow to playful and powerful. Modifications and adjustments are offered to make these classes accessible to practitioners of all levels and backgrounds.
Vinyasa II
Similar to our All Levels classes, this class builds strength and balance through creative sequences that are unique to each instructor. This class differentiates itself from All Levels through the addition of more advanced standing postures, arm balances, core exercises, backbends, and inversions. A playful way to practice, this class is recommended for students with a well established yoga practice.
Core Flow
This 45 minute core flow focuses on strengthening the core and improving balance, endurance and stability. This is a scalable yoga class designed to push you at any level.
Power
Power classes are a strong moving flow that cultivate balance, stability, flexibility, and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the asana ebbs and flows between effort and ease. This class offers an advanced sequence with time to workshop challenging arm balances and inversions. Expect an intense and playful practice that will challenge your limits. Previous yoga experience is recommended.
Yoga For Climbers
Whether you're putting climbing shoes on for the first time or training for your project, this class will help climbers of all abilities increase their chest, shoulder and hip flexibility, improve their agility and balance, stabilize their core and build full body strength. It will also help with building mental fortitude and climbing specific injury prevention.
Yoga Sculpt
Where light hand weights meet vinyasa yoga for an upbeat, powerful 60 minute class. You will build lean muscle and increase stamina while having an absolute blast! This class is a unique blend of yoga, strength training and cardio that will leave you feeling powerful, stronger and ready for anything. No experience required, all levels are welcome.
Yin
Yin is a slow yoga class that focuses on gently stretching and healing connective tissues and calming the mind. Meant to compliment more active practices, yin poses are held for several minutes and movement is slow. This class is ideal for all levels.
Restorative
Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Participants are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release
Ashtanga:
Have you heard or been curious about Ashtanga yoga? This class will introduce you to basic postures and principles. Ashtanga yoga is a powerful vinyasa practice that focuses on the breath as a means for meditation and coming into touch with natural cycles while building up endurance, strength and flexibility. No experience required, however, expect to flow! Each week we will move through a selection of the primary series postures and spend time to focus on different sections or movements.
MoFlex:
This class is designed to re-center your awareness so you can either prepare for the day ahead or wind down from the long day you’ve had. You may recognize familiar movements incorporated from practices such as Animal Flow, mixed martial arts, and yoga, all of which improve mobility and increase range of motion and flexibility. We take these movements to the next level by combining practices for a full body sweat sesh.
Pilates
This class focuses on discipline around spinal alignment and building core strength. Pilates is a great way to promote back health and joint care as well as general body maintenance to support daily life. This is an all levels class, which means there will be options for stability or challenge based on personal needs. We will practice body awareness throughout the class to offer our bodies a sustainable workout.
Golden Age Yoga ($10 drop-in)
Golden Age Yoga is perfect for those 50 years of age and older.
This class brings focus to breath and awareness, alignment and detailed guidance while moving through each asana. It's also a great warm up for climbing. After this class, many participants will stay for the Golden Age Climbing Club which runs every Wednesday from 10am-12pm. You can learn more under the Climb tab of our website.
