Our coaches work with climbers of all experience levels and bring a range of specialties, from movement fundamentals to more focused skill development. To get started, simply fill out the form (to the right) so we can learn more about your goals and match you with the right coach.

$60 an hour for members
$75 an hour for non-members (includes entrance to the gym)
$275 for 5 one hour sessions for members.
$350 for 5 one hour sessions for non-members
$500 for 10 one hour sessions for members.
$650 for 10 one hour sessions for non-members

Last minute cancellation (within 24 hours) or a no show, result in a $30 cancellation fee but does not result in forfeiture of that session. If you need to reschedule a session, contact your coach at least 24 hours in advance.

With over a decade of climbing experience, both inside and out, he understands the slow grind of recovery and the excitement of reaching milestones. He loves brainstorming and problem solving to find the training that suites you best. Outside of the gym, Josiah is a father of two and understands that sometimes life just happens, when it does you either laugh or cry. Though not afraid of crying, Josiah laughs a lot. With a gracious but driven approach Josiah is here to help you reach your goals however lofty or minor they may feel to you.

As a current kinesiology PhD student with a concentration in biomechanics, her coaching approach emphasizes intrinsic motivation & self-paced progression. For new climbers, Sarah aims to build a strong technical foundation, targeting safety and injury prevention, while building confidence on the wall. For advanced climbers, she offers coaching catered specifically for your needs and goals.
