Olivia specializes in optimizing human performance. Through her experience as a collegiate and lifetime athlete, her experience training diverse populations, and her background in psychology, Olivia recognizes an individual's uniqueness in order to sculpt programs that will improve their fitness goals and overall well-being. She focuses on spinal integrity, the ability to control and generate force and movement around the spine, to produce the greatest results in power, strength, fitness, and injury mitigation.
Olivia is certified through NASM-CPT and began training professionally in 2016. Since then Olivia has earned certifications in Competition Kettlebells, Animal Flow, Rock Tape, and TRX Suspension Training. Olivia has studied athletic training, coaching, sports management, sport psychology, exercise physiology and nutrition, earned a BS in psychology, and is preparing for her masters in kinesiology.

Growing up in Orlando eventually led Nick to attend the University of Central Florida and graduate with a degree in sports & exercise science. Following graduation, Nick headed out west to escape the flatlands of Florida and ended up in the opposite corner of the States. Once settled in Seattle, he immediately dove into all the Northwest has to offer while growing his career in Fitness and Sport Performance. He has worked as a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Fitness Consultant, specializing in sport specific training and functional movement. When he is not at work, he enjoys rock climbing, snow sports, rollerblading, surfing, and playing guitar. Availability varies so please reach out for details.
This is for those who are interested in several sessions of personal training or a recurring plan. Set up an initial hour-long consultation with a trainer to review your intake form, goals and perform an initial movement assessment.
$30 for members
$40 for nonmembers
$60 an hour for members:
$75 an hour for non-members (includes entrance to the gym)
$275 for 5 one hour sessions for members.
$350 for 5 one hour sessions for non-members
$500 for 10 one hour sessions for members.
$650 for 10 one hour sessions for non-members
