This February, we’re excited to offer a Yoga & Fitness Challenge to help you feel re-energized, stay inspired, and connect with our amazing community!
Cost:
- Free for VRG members.
- Non-members can join by purchasing class access (day pass, punch card, or a 1-month membership).
How to Join:
- Sign up at the front desk and pick up your challenge card.
- Attend any yoga or fitness class and get your card stamped by the instructor.
Completion:
- Once you’ve completed 16 classes, turn in your card to an instructor to be entered into the raffle.
Raffle Prizes:
- 1-month free membership
- 10-punch card
- VRG water bottle and t-shirt of your choice
New Classes This February
To keep things fresh, we’re adding some exciting options to the schedule:
- Friday Restorative Yoga
- Time: 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM
- Unwind and restore with this relaxing practice.
- Valentine’s Day Restorative Yoga & Metta Meditation with Emilee
- Date: Friday, February 14th, 6:45 PM – 8:00 PM
- Celebrate love and kindness with this special Valentine’s Day offering.
- Back to Basics Yoga with Sarah
- Sundays in February | 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- This 90-minute workshop-style class breaks down common postures, focusing on alignment, variations, and how each pose feels in your body before ending with a flow putting everything together. Classes build on each other, so we encourage attending all sessions!
- Complete Core Class with Olivia
- Fridays 10am-10:45am
- Strengthen your core and elevate your fitness routine with Olivia’s dynamic class.
