Power classes are a strong moving flow that cultivate balance, stability, flexibility, and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the asana ebbs and flows between effort and ease. This class offers an advanced sequence with time to workshop challenging arm balances and inversions. Expect an intense and playful practice that will challenge your limits. Previous yoga experience is recommended.
Whether you're putting climbing shoes on for the first time or training for your project, this class will help climbers of all abilities increase their chest, shoulder and hip flexibility, improve their agility and balance, stabilize their core and build full body strength. It will also help with building mental fortitude and climbing specific injury prevention.
Yin yoga is a slow paced, passive style of yoga that focuses on holding postures for an extended amount of time in order to target connective tissue, ligaments and joints. This practice will allow you to move more inward and find a deeper connect with both your body and mind.
Our Vinyasa I classes combine strength and balance through a series of physical postures that are unique to the experience and training of each teacher, while syncing breath to movement. The intentional sequences taught in our All Levels classes range from slow to playful and powerful. Modifications and adjustments are offered to make these classes accessible to practitioners of all levels and backgrounds.
Similar to our All Levels classes, this class builds strength and balance through creative sequences that are unique to each instructor. This class differentiates itself from All Levels through the addition of more advanced standing postures, arm balances, core exercises, backbends, and inversions. A playful way to practice, this class is recommended for students with a well established yoga practice.
Get your day started right. This class will focus on mobility of the joints through functional movement patterns and poses. Not your typical yoga class, Morning Mobility incorporates more than one exercise disciplines. Remember, motion is lotion.
Anyone is welcome to the Golden Hour Yoga Class though it is catered to those who are 50+. This class brings focus to breath and awareness as well as alignment and detailed guidance while moving through each asana. It's also a great warm up for climbing. After this class, many participants will stay for the Golden Age Climbing Club which runs every Wednesday from 10am-12pm and is for those 50 years of age or older. (You can learn more about the Golden Age Climbing Club under the Climb tab of our website.)

Beginner to intermediate, moderate flow
This class is intended for yoga practitioners ranging from beginner to intermediate. The class consists of a vinyasa flow set to the structure of hatha, where the class starts slowly to warm up the body and ease the mind into focusing on the body and breath. From there the class progresses towards a peak pose increasing in intensity as it moves through the vinyasa flow. From the peak pose the class slows back down, calming the mind before resting in shavasana. The poses in the class are intermediate in range and offer variations to accommodate all levels. The intention of the class is to build strength, balance, and flexibility while also relaxing the mind and body.
10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26
In this 75 minute class we will break down common yoga postures and discuss alignment, how it feels in your body, and different variations of the pose. This will be a workshop style class with discussion and time for questions before ending with a flow putting everything together. Each class will build off of the last so we encourage you to attend all of the sessions.
10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27
This class will be a slower paced vinyasa flow with dim lighting in the room. The pace and dim environment will challenge your balance in a surprising way. You’ll end the class with deep relaxation to help prep you for bedtime.
10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31
Myofascial release is a tool used to reduce pain and tension, increase mobility and support your overall physical health by addressing tightness and restrictions in your fascial system. In this class we will use massage balls and yoga blocks to stretch and release your fascia.
Each Saturday will be a different style of class taught by either Emilee or Sarah. These classes are a fun way to try out new styles of yoga or work on particular skills.
The classes are:
